I’m Olia - Pilates instructor and founder of The Modern Body. As an Olympic athlete in artistic swimming, I’ve learnt how strength, control and grace create effortless motion. I love blending athletic precision with artistic refinement, helping women move with intention, ease and longevity.

I’m Grace - Personal Trainer and Naturopathy student who takes a holistic approach to female fitness. My mission is to educate and empower women to achieve their health and wellness goals through personalised training, strength programming, and supportive coaching - helping them build confidence in and out of the gym.

I’m Georgia - Trainer and Strength coach. My mission is to create a safe and welcoming space for all women, no matter their experience or fitness level. I believe movement is the purest form of self-love, and that all women deserve to feel strong and confident, not just physically but mentally too.

I’m Eddie - Breathwork / movement coach, and founder of Bred. Through the Bred Method, a unique blend of breathwork and movement, I help people feel more present, grounded, and aligned with who they truly are.

Through mindful, intentional movement, I believe we can surprise ourselves with what’s possible. My mission is to foster a warm, safe, and fun environment where everyone feels comfortable exploring their potential.

I’m Allegra - PT, Dietitian, Nutritionist and Yoga instructor. I’m passionate about the mind-body connection and making fitness fun. With 7+ years’ experience, I specialise in strength training and holistic health, helping busy women build sustainable, confidence-boosting habits.

I’m Lauren - Trainer, Dentist and founder of The Rep Club. I’ve always been passionate about living a healthy, active lifestyle, and inspiring others to do the same. As both a trainer and a dentist (yes, my other job!), the most rewarding part of my work is helping people build sustainable habits that create lasting improvements in their overall health and wellbeing. Fitness has also given me strength, resilience, and discipline to navigate life’s challenges, and I hope to empower all women with the confidence to take on whatever challenges life presents. 

As a woman, I’ve often felt disconnected from traditional fitness spaces, which are still largely male-dominated. With over half of women reporting that they don’t feel safe or comfortable in traditional gym settings, I’ve made it my mission to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where women of all ages, fitness levels, and backgrounds can move freely - without fear or judgement. We’re growing the most incredible community, and watching our girls evolve into fitter, stronger, healthier, and more confident versions of themselves is the most rewarding part of the journey.

I was previously scared of the gym and spooked by heavy weights making me feel weak/afraid of looking clueless, and totally getting distracted.

The Rep club has whipped me into shape like nothing else, and somehow I’m always leaving with a smile on my face?? So stoked with the breadth and variety of classes available, early morning or right after work.

Game changer! I love the female focused workouts and the mix of running - as someone who’s not a runner, I love that the cardio is shorter manageable bursts. Leaves me feeling motivated and more confident each session!

I absolutely love The Rep Club. I have tried most of the popular group fitness gyms and The Rep Club is by far the best I have tried. Would definitely recommend!!
