We are located at 17 Eveleigh Street, Redfern, Sydney Australia. Our space is located near the Sydney CBD and major universities.
No shows and late cancellations within 12 hours will result in full deduction of the session fee.
Our group classes are incredible for energy and community, but personal training gives you focused, one-to-one time to move at your own pace, work toward specific goals, and build confidence before joining classes (if you want to!).
Yes — The Rep Club is a women-only environment intentionally designed to feel comfortable, safe, and inclusive for all women.
Absolutely. Many women start with personal training to learn technique, build strength safely, and get comfortable in the space before trying group classes. It’s also perfect if you’re returning after time off or recovering from injury.
Nope. We meet you exactly where you are. Your trainer will tailor every workout to your current ability, experience, and energy levels.
Yes. Our trainers bring their unique skills — from strength and conditioning to boxing and Pilates-inspired movement. Just tell us what you’re interested in in the “book your first session” form, here.
We offer both 30 min and 45 min sessions pending on your personal preference, goals and schedule.
Absolutely. Many members do both.
